I wanted to go and view the bed frame and mattress upstairs on my own. I had to send a friend. I couldn't go up because the lift was out of order. I can go up to 10 stairs only, I am a registered disabled woman.

It takes 19 days to deliver mattress. I bought it 30th of January but it will be delivered on 18th of February, too long.

The range of mattresse options was very limited this may have been due to the size of the store (Hemel Hempstead) this lack of a wider choice was reflected in the price range and I ended up paying more than I had budgeted for. I’d it haven’t been for the store assistant (Fancessco I think his name was) I would have left.
