Rachel was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of the items we were interested in. We wouldn't hesitate in shopping with Dreams again if we need anything else.

The staff were very knowledgeable. The manager John went the "extra mile" by phoning and confirmimg it was possible to have a specially made split double mattress, firm one side medium the other, which we then ordered. The staff were very pleasant, being quite happy to wait and then change the order when we changed our minds on the colour of the bed. We went into the store 3times and yet at no time did we feel that we were being pressurised into placing an order, this made it easy to go back. They also had a drinks machine which produced lovely hot chocolate immediately the staff offered it. (No wait time).

Our experience at Dreams in Hemel was outstanding due to the service provided by the sales assistance Ryan, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. gauged the selling at the right level, not too pushy, a nice cup of coffee an excellent all round experience and we would recommended to friends. Ryan is a great ambassador for Dreams and as such a young man he did a very good job.

The service I received at Dreams Hemel Hempstead was friendly and relaxed without pressure. There was plenty of time to explore all the products and options and the store manager John Elliott was able to give me all the information and advice I needed. He also makes a very good cup of tea! I am delighted with the bed, mattress and pillows I have purchased and am very much looking forward to receiving them. 10/10!

Rachel who looked after us was friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to see the beds we wanted to see and offered a comparison and explained the difference.

I had excellent customer service from John Elliott. He checked to see if I needed help, left me to try beds, took the time to get to know what I wanted and needed in a mattress, then showed me through all the options. He was friendly, knowledgable and gave me space to make the right decision for me. I'd highly recommend him!

Helpful staff. The store had moved but sign was not clear where to in Hemel Hempstead. I had to ask at tourist information. Did think the mattress was expensive but am very happy with it. It took two days to 'warm up' and be comfortable.
