We went in to look and was asked if we needed any help by a lovely friendly lady called Natalie.she was very knowledgeable and helped us to make an informed decision on what bed and mattress to buy. She even convinced my husband of the benefit of trying the bed that help find a mattress to suit you. I loved that she didn't make us feel any pressure to buy she gave us all the options available.
