I have a painful medical condition affecting my spine and joints so getting the right mattress was incredibly important. Rachel showed me a range of beds but when I said I felt like I was going to fall when getting off them, she showed me the Bedgebury with reinforced sides - It's perfect for me.

Went into the shop the week before to have a look at what they had & hpw long delivery was. Very helpful guy who had only been tyere a few weeks & went back & ordered today. Found the staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Nothing to much trouble even when I changed my mind a few times..

This is the first bed in my life , I have bought. I could not fault the young man, who was excellent in his knowledge of sales. He was an excellent tea maker as well, all I can say is well done for being first class in all departments, I will shop and recommend you to friends and others on my travels.

The service from Jen in the Hemel branch was fantastic. She was friendly, understanding, patient with good product knowledge and personality. Jen wasn’t pushy at all, considering my mothers fractured back we realised that a good mattress is worth the investment. We went in wanting to purchase a £400 mattress and purchased a top of the range one. Jen definitely deserves knowledgement/ a reward for her service levels and In store sale
