Very helpful and approachable assistant with good product knowledge took time to clarify my needs and offered options a great experience and very happy with my selection. Form filling was minimum and again optional services where offered e.g. removal of old bed/mattress

The Italian shop assistant in the Hemel Hempstead store was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very pleasant

Rachel found the bed in another store for us to view then we went back to place the order with her,she was knowlegeable kind and enthusistic

Nothing seemed too much trouble for this gentleman including being offered a drink !!
