Went in, spoke to a sales advisor, explained what we wanted and were shown appropriate products. There was no pushy sales and the staff were very helpful. We wrapped up the order from start to finish in 20 minutes... Perfect.

Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and offered valuable advice. She went out of her way to ensure we had a good experience, from offering water, use of the toilet and giving the children a colouring pack.

I went into your Hemel Hempstead store and was assisted by Rachel, who gave me all the information I needed and a brochure to take home, after showing my husband, I phoned back the next day to place my order. I am now waiting my delivery next Thursday.

I went in to the Hemel Hempstead store initially to try to find out why the bed I ordered from your Watford store on 2nd May had still not been delivered ( it still hasn’t by the way!) order number 260A024648. I found Rachel very helpful and appeared genuinely interested in trying to get information for me. I intended buying another bed at a later date but there was a sale on and Rachel talked me through the various options. She reassured me that the bed I choose was made in the UK and would be delivered in 4 weeks. She was excellent. I did not have a bad experience in Watford but feel that I should be emailed with information regarding this long delay. It is now 2 months from the order date. Customer service told me they had no idea when I could expect my bed but I had option to choose a different one !!. Anyway overall the sales staff are lovely and I hope to have two new beds very soon. Thank you.

Rachel is a pleasant and enthusiastic sales lady and because of her knowledge and helpfull attitude I made a very satisfactory purchase. I would highly recommend a visit to the Hemel Hempstead store.

The store assistant (Rachel) was extremely helpful, and even when our 3 year old daughter was being somewhat distracting, Rachel gave her a party bag to keep her entertained.
