Richard in the Hemelhempstead store was very thorough in making sure I got the best bed for my needs and was very good at explaining every thing to me lovely man

The staff were very friendly and let me spend as much time as I wanted in the shop without any sales pressure. My delivery came within days and they kept me informed as to the times they would be at my house. So no waiting around all day.

The assistant who served us (Richard) was very friendly quite knowledgeable but did not pressurise us into buying. He let us try out the beds and left us to make up our own minds.

The customer assistant understood my needs and dealt with my order in a professional manner.

We visited the store on Friday and then again on Saturday to make our purchase. We were served by the wonderful Rachel on both occaisions and she remembered our requirements from the previous day. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, without being pushy or annoying. She was simply great.

Rachel was amazing! She listened to what we said, steered us around options, really understoood he products to narrow down the range for what we wanted and was patient while we faffed about!

The service was nice , and we felt comfortable about choosing the bed we liked
