Superb customer service from Rachel who built great rapport with us and explained the product benefits clearly. She supported the new store manager (Josh) really well when I asked about discounts to close the deal.

Staff very approachable, friendly and knew what they were talking about. Bought my daughter a tv bed earlier in the year and the service is incredible from staff in the shop to the delivery men and how they assembled her bed with ease. I have only beer had dream beds.. and mattresses .. great quality .. I am a very satisfied customer so far. Waiting for my bed to be delivered so I’m expecting the same high level of service as before.

Richard at your Hemel Hempstead store was so knowledgeable about all the products available. How they were made/how you & what to look for when testing the mattresses. Quick, efficient services, all staff within the store were extremely friendly/helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them - even offered a drink. Made the whole shopping experience wonderful. Delivery times amazing and able to fit in around my working schedule. Certainly will be recommending all my family/friends to go to Dreams - To make all their Dreams come true when purchasing a bed/mattress.

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the products.

We were greeted when entering. The assistant listened to what we needed and offered useful options and advice. She took the time to let us try different options and offered further advice when we gave our feedback. She then wneent out of the way to process our old returning customer discount. Great service

fast, efficient, friendly , knowledgeable service - we came in to buy a bed 30 minutes before closing time - we were shown everything, given lots of advice and help and the transaction was done and dusted in half an hour. fab
