Grace was very good putting us on the mattress selector machine and then showing us all the mattresses on the list so that we could make our decision

The attention we were given was very good, and ultimately we were agreed on the mattress and bed that would be most suitable

We were served immediately by a very helpful and experienced sales person. He listened to our requirements, took notice of what we had asked for and showed us his recommendations. At no point did he try to sell us anything more than we had asked for price wise, but was so helpful in offering us very much value for money goods. Nothing was too much trouble and he was an extremely pleasant and helpful gentleman. We left the store highly satisfied all round, with a new mattress being delivered a week later and a cover for our old mattress to be removed in. Amazing service all round.

It is a long time since I have needed to buy a bed. I was fortunate that I was dealt with straight away. The member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and didn't hurry my decision making. The cost of a new bed was certainly a bit of a shock initially. I could certainly not fault the experience of purchasing our new bed with very pleasant staff.
