We were seen by a gentleman called Callum and altho he explained he had only started a couple of wks ago which is why his product knowledge wasnt 100% up to speed he was very efficient, he tried his absolute best and what he wasnt sure of he asked his manager which we told him not to worry we really didn't mind at all and rather he did that so we got what we wanted. Him and the manager Josh delt with us very well and I was impressed by how quick I was able to get delivery. The coffee offered on arrival was also a nice touch. Well done team dreams at Hemel we will be back and have already recommend you.

He went above and beyond to make sure that I could get the product I wanted at the time that I needed it for. Exceptional service, thank you...I even got a cup of tea!
