Overall it was a good experience. We were greeted straight away and after telling Callum our requirements, he explained the various types of product and we then went upstairs to try out the different styles of mattress. It was good just doing it without any pressure selling. We then went back downstairs and placed our order. Simple.

The shop manager was very knowledgeable & happy to help. She was not pushy, but directed us the bed and mattress that we wanted by suggested the right headboards, colours and storage unit.

the lady that served me was very helpful, as you did not have what I required in Store, but she went on the internet and showed me pictures of the bed frames I required. She was very knowledgeable and helpful
