The guy that I dealt with in store was so friendly and very informative. He offered me and my Mother tea or coffee which was a lovely touch. We had other shopping to do after buying the mattress and so he offered for me to leave my pillows and mattress protector in the store for me to collect later so I didn't have to carry them around the shops. When I returned, he took a bag off me and packed the mattress protector for me. He was very friendly, funny and made the experience great! Well done Hemel Hempstead store!! Top marks.

As soon as the staff member identified my needs, they took me to the sleepmatch machine where they talked me through the whole process. They proceeded to tell me my options and were incredibly thorough in their product knowledge, allowing me to purchase a mattress in complete confidence that it would be the right specification for me and my partner.

We are re-locating from Manchester to near Hemel Hempstead which is a big scary move so any help that we can get along the way is much appreciated. Scott spent time understanding what we wanted and our budget and fulfilled everything we needed. Great customer service and value.
