Anthony was kind and polite from the moment we stepped in the store. The sleep machine was brilliant and showed us exactly what we needed. Anthony was attentive, polite, curtious and very good at his job, he had only been there 6 weeks! His knowledge was outstanding and if he didn't know he found out instantly.

It took 20 minutes to order a bed. Satisfaction!

We felt the two in-store colleagues had good product knowledge and took the time to understand what we wanted. After going through the sleep match process, Rachel took us through the range of mattresses in store and gave us time to try all the relevant ones and time to make up our mind in an un-pressured way, with product guidance where required.

The assistant was so knowledgeable about all the products that we asked about without any hesitation told us and advised us on all our needs.

Very good service from the members of staff. Knowledgeable and allowed us plenty of time to make up our minds.
