Your staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. We were given a lot of useful information to help us choose a mattress. Although staff were obviously eager to sell us a product, there was no sense of pushiness but rather a pride in their products and in their work. This impressed us very much. Delivery was easily arranged and we like that there is a two hour slot allocated.
