Whilst visiting Dream yesterday, my partner and I, had our young Toddler with us. The staff at the store could not have been any more empathic to our toddler being difficult. They were extremely patient and understanding. It made the experience so much more enjoyable for us even though it was proving to be quite testing with our child. The service was fabulous. Natalie was fairly new but was Knowledgeable and confirmed all the information she supplied. She provided great customer service. Scott, the store manager, provided Natalie with the confidence to deal with us and reassuring to Natalie. It was a breath of fresh air. The environment was focused on our Health & Safety yet comfortable and welcoming. Great advice was provided and alternatives offered during the visit. Very pleased.

I was welcomed from the time we walked in the shop. In Hemel Hempstead. Natalie was the assistant and she done amazing considering she had only been there a week. She has been taught very well
