Very friendly and helpful staff, the assistants were knowledgeable about the mattress checker etc and the types of mattress, there was no pressure from staff to buy or move on from you to others and helped with decisions, the delivery date was gonna be looked at by the manager to see if it could be moved as the system had closed slots closer to the current date.

Call was dealt with efficiently; salesperson rang me back to avoid me staying on hold for too long; no problems during process.

Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable. And had a good selection to choose from. Was very pleased overall.
