The assistant who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about different products. Her name was Rachel, Hemel Hempstead store. I bought a mattress that was on sale as it had been a display model. I was able to choose my delivery date. Very pleased with overall experience. My first time in this store, but will return.

Our sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products, took time to find out what sort of mattress we wanted / needed and gave us some time alone to try them out and discuss.
