Had no idea when I entered the store of what type of bed or mattress I needed. Met by an extremely helpful assistant who guided me through the types of beds and mattresses available. Went on the scanner to determine the grade of mattress and was shown what would be relevant to me. Extremely impressed with the help and advice given. Well done Dreams!

The assistant who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about different products. Her name was Rachel, Hemel Hempstead store. I bought a mattress that was on sale as it had been a display model. I was able to choose my delivery date. Very pleased with overall experience. My first time in this store, but will return.
