Every thing about the types of bed were explained to me they gave me time to retry the beds and talked me through the offers that they had on. No rush or hard sale. Offered tea coffee or water all good. Thanks

Steve and his colleague were friendly and very helpful without being pushy, which made us feel comfortable, they gave us plenty of time to look, and offered advice when it was required and were able to direct us to what we needed to suit our requirements. We tried the bed designed to work out your needs, so that we could look at beds in that range. We were offered refreshments on both visits to the shop and were remembered when we went in the second time. Both colleagues are a credit to your company, had they been pushy or disinterested we would have gone elsewhere.

Rachel Ginger, the shop assistant was welcoming and friendly, but not pushy. She gave us excellent assistance in a professional manner. Her ability and attitude was by far the most impotant aspect of our visit to choose new beds.

Everything was perfect. The knowledge of the staff was outstanding. The helpfulness of the staff was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. The store was spotless and efficiently organised. Natalie, who served me, was friendly and patient. It is the best store that I have ever visited in my whole life, an enjoyable experience, I will recommend to everyone I know
