I was very satisfied with the service I received at Dreams . Steve who served me was very professional and helpful. He explained everything about the product to my satisfaction . He was also very careful about the Covid restrictions and my safety .

Rachel treated us all with care, interest and respect She patiently explained everything She helped assess my teenage son’s needs and was relaxed about him trying the mattresses She was very efficient with our order

We were immediately greeted by Natalie who was brilliant and really helpful as we were deciding what to buy. When completing the order the rest of the team were really friendly and very helpful.

The staff (Steve and Rachel) at the Hemel Hempstead store had fantastic product knowledge and took their time to understand our needs. The sleep machine was a fantastic bonus and the time spent with us was above and beyond what I had expected to receive. We acknowledge that procedures where in place to take in to account social distancing and the store was in a clean and presentable manner throughout. The staff were accommodating by letting my husband and I discuss our preferences without the pressure of hard selling or being rushed into a purchase. All of these factors enabled us to purchase the mattress that we wanted without the feeling of being forced into a sale of something that we didn't need. The staffs were very welcoming and nice. the staffs who attended to me was very patient, showed me around helped me to make a good choice. I went into dreams for window shopping but the hospitality of staff and good customer service encouraged me to purchase their products. The beds and mattresses are of very good quality and will always recommend them 100%

The assistant was superb in her knowledge, understanding and helpfulness. I trusted her judgement and advice and she was a lso friendly, a rare thing these days. A great experience.

From the moment we walked in the Shop (first visit to Hemel Hempstead} We were greeted by Steve and an hello from Rachel. Steve talked us through the Covid procedure Offered drinks ( we accepted Water).Then followed the rest of the visit providing an excellent service... nothing was too much trouble... we left after purchasing a bed and a delivery withing a week Outstanding... I have left this survey for 4 days so I can tell you how we are feeling.. The Bed purchased is comfortable and we have no problems at all.So happy with our purchase and cannot recommend Steve and Rachel highly enough.They were both kind and helpful and so patient with two members of the "Older" generation...

Rachel and her colleague were excellent. Great advice, everything explained really clearly. Couldn't have done more to ensure that I had an excellent customer experience.
