Dreams - Hemel Hempstead

The shop assistant and Manager at Hemel Hempstead were extremely helpful and went over and above to help me.

Friendly knowledgeable staff we tried the sleep station first then we were told what sort of bed would be good for us. We chose a tempur mattress and was told we could have 2 free pillows that suited our needs and a mattress protector the lady that placed our order was called Natalie she was extremely helpful

We had been to the Portsmouth store to try and find out the best mattress for us. We did the bed analysis but at the end we were just told to go and try all of the beds and the sales person had no further interaction with us. Made the bed analysis seem useless and we left quickly after such a negative experience. We passed our local branch in Hemel Hempstead a few days later and though, maybe it was just a poor sales person. We went into the Hemel branch and things were so different. Rachel guided us through everything and gave us advice, explaining the mattresses the analysis had noted as the best fit for us. She stayed with us while we then tried each of the suggested mattresses. It really was a very positive experience. Rachel got the sale!!

The staff were really friendly and all engaged in chatting to us. Super nice and helpful. Never felt like I couldn’t ask any questions and if we did have questions they were answered to a good standard. Payed a good price for a really nice bed and mattress and am excited for it to arrive

There was someone at the door waiting to serve me and it was a breeze to choose a comfortable bed. Racheal took me through everything I needed to know. I went to other bed companies and Dreams was the only one who helped me and guided me through the process. Even though it was a little more expensive I was happy to pay the difference as I was not sure where to even start when I was looking for a bed.

The store manager, Steve, was very approachable and very friendly. He knew his stuff and wasn't pushy at all, everything you want a salesperson to be.

Although social distancing and infection control measures were in place the sales assistant was still able to provide us with knowledgable assistance throughout our visit
