Natalie was exceptionally helpful from the moment we entered the store, she immediately made us feel safe and encouraged us to cleanse our hands and check-in in a friendly manner. Whilst checking in she enquired as to our needs and listened to our requirements before recommending the sleep match bed. It was an exceptional experience and her expert recommendations following the output gave us the comfort and direction to find the perfect mattress for us. Whilst checking out, she was friendly and discussed each option giving us the freedom to select our delivery dates all the while being cordial and friendly. Will 100% recommend to friends and family to get beds/ mattresses from here again.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff that took the time to understand my needs from a mattress. Staff very patient whilst trying out several mattresses. Very covid secure and felt safe at all times.

Richard asked us what we were looking for and a price range we were happy with. He explained the products in detail. He was very friendly and informative.

We walked into the store feeling completely lost after visiting several other mattress stores. Luckily we were greeted by Natalie who completely understood our problem. With only us in mind, she used her knowledge to guide us from bed to bed. Thanks to her help we could finally confidently agree that we found the perfect mattress for us! We are very much looking forward to it being delivered, and all those perfect nights sleep that await us! Thank you very much Natalie!

The assistant was very knowledgable, and friendly. I wanted a mattress, and I was in and out of the store very quickly.
