Very friendly staff helpful and fully advised us on product and asked our price range without making our budget a issue

We went to store without any great expectation as to the quality of service we would receive. This was dispelled by the staff who welcomed us warmly, explained the process and spent time to understand our requirements and then went about expertly taking us through the various options available. All in all we were very pleased with the service we received, being treated as valued customers and understanding.

We were very happy with customer service at Dreams. Natalie at Hemel Hampstead brunch was very helpful, friendly and took time to find us cheaper alternative. Great knowledge about products and nothing was too much trouble. We are very happy with our choice and can’t wait to Dream on our new bed:)
