This was my first going out shopping trip since Covid started. The assistant was very helpful but respected my space at all times. She didn't just try to sell me the most expensive mattress but listened to what I had to say about my health concerns and then acted on the information I gave her to show me (and help me to try) several different mattresses. The two delivery men arrived on time and unpacked and put the mattress onto my bed. They were both very efficient and happy people.
