The lady Rachel (King?) was absolutely fabulous . Her product knowledge was amazing. Without her help we would have struggled and may not have purchased on that day. We were offered refreshments. she was patient and cheerful. Delivery date is just over a week

The member of staff at the Hemel store - Rachel was very informed of all things beds! She knew exactly what bed type I’d need and stayed with us the whole duration of our visit and made it a really stress free experience.

The sales lead (Rachel) was highly intuitive and tapped into my needs immediately. I had visited John Lewis earlier in the day and the sales associate made assumptions and was quite dismissive of my comments. Rachel had a great way about her, not overly sales driven but supportive and knowledgeable. I was highly impressed with her service.
