Great friendly knowledgeable staff

Our sales advisor, Tommy, was excellent. He took time to understand our needs and went through various options to help us find the product we needed. At no point did we feel pressured, hassled or pushed into a sale. Usually when we enter a store we feel pressured, hassled or have to deal with pushy salespeople and do not "enjoy" the experience of shopping for these items. However, Tommy was brilliant in helping us find what we needed and guide us (we felt honestly) through our purchase. He is a credit to your company.

When we arrived in the store we were warmly welcomed byTommy who listened to exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and helped narrow down our search to the perfect mattress, his advice was invaluable.

The staff assisted me very well. The lady who put my order through was very polite and had full knowledge. The shopping experience was very pleasant!

Tommy i(Hedge End store) was extremely knowledgeable. He was readily available all the time and discreet when we were trying out the mattresses. He made the whole experience fun. His service was so good that whereas we had only gone to the store to do our initial research, we decided to purchase the entire package (mattress, divan and pillows) on the spot. Many thanks to Tommy, he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
