Mostly it was a brilliant experience the staff were excellent and very helpful but although we managed to find the product we wanted and place an order we now have to wait until January for it which is a little frustrating as a bed is a pretty essential item you tend to need asap

There was nothing that I was not satisfied with. The whole experience was extremely professional the staff were. Knowledgeable and friendly.
