Andrew was very friendly but not over friendly, he wasn't too pushy, which gets irrating, left us to chat respecting our privacy, was brilliant with our children, very knowledgeable helpful and courteous..... when something wasn't avaliable he was really quick to find an alternative to match our needs, excellent listener....I recommended my sister to come to same store due to the service and products we received.....fantastic so nice to see ....

All expectations met, daughter was kept entertained, enjoyed the interactive assessment of needs, Sophia was knowledgeable

The sales lady was friendly, knowledgeable had a good sense of humour and there was no pressure to buy Clearly explained the options and let us try the adaptable bed remote control as long as we needed

The knowledge friendliness and overall approach from staff member was excellent not at all pushy and gave us plenty of time to decide.

Really liked the polite, non invasive approach from Tommy, he was informative and at the right times. Very accommodating with my children in the store too. The new technology is great also

We found the staff very friendly, very helpful and one of the things I really liked was they did not try and do a hard sell with us. The store manager was there to support the team member that was showing us around and I got the feeling that there is a really good team spirt within the store.

Very well informed and looked after by the salesperson.
