We found the staff very friendly, very helpful and one of the things I really liked was they did not try and do a hard sell with us. The store manager was there to support the team member that was showing us around and I got the feeling that there is a really good team spirt within the store.

Our sales advisor, Tommy, was excellent. He took time to understand our needs and went through various options to help us find the product we needed. At no point did we feel pressured, hassled or pushed into a sale. Usually when we enter a store we feel pressured, hassled or have to deal with pushy salespeople and do not "enjoy" the experience of shopping for these items. However, Tommy was brilliant in helping us find what we needed and guide us (we felt honestly) through our purchase. He is a credit to your company.
