We were offered assistance straight away on arrival but the staff member wasn't pushy. He spent the time taking us around all suitable options and gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss. We weren't made to feel pressured into making a decision which is ultimately why we decided to go ahead rather than go into the adjoining 2 bed stores to check what they had to offer as well.

We went in to buy a single mattress for our daughter who is 6. The sales assistant Tommy was informative but not pushy about selling anything to us. Tommy was very helpful and even occupied our daughter while my husband and I were choosing the mattress. We chose hers quickly and were so pleased with the customer support that we decided to look for a double mattress for us as well. Tommy showed us the best options for our back type and saved us soo much time as he narrowed the choices down to the 5 best. The whole trip took a while but we were offered lots of drinks while we were there and he spoke to our 6 year old so she was occupied the whole time. Lots of mattress choices and fillers, we also bought some fantastic memory foam pillows that we love.

Andrew was very friendly but not over friendly, he wasn't too pushy, which gets irrating, left us to chat respecting our privacy, was brilliant with our children, very knowledgeable helpful and courteous..... when something wasn't avaliable he was really quick to find an alternative to match our needs, excellent listener....I recommended my sister to come to same store due to the service and products we received.....fantastic so nice to see ....

We had made an appointment and we’re met at the door by Tommy, who was very welcoming and offered us tea, coffee or water before we started even looking at beds.

IT ALL WENT SMOOTHLY COMPARED TO BENSONS NEXT DOOR

Got welcomed, offered a drink, did a bed survey and after he went over the bed types. We chose it and within 15 mins all was done Overall service excellent

The sales Man was very knowledgeable about products and suitability. Recommended beds based on our needs.

All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy at all and I'd definitely go back again.

We have the colleague a lot of information about what we needed, due to my medical conditions and he took everything in and went through all options that would be best for us as a couple.
