we rate our experience as Highly satisfactory as I genuinely can not fault our experience, we were greeted by Elisha who was knowledgeable, friendly, wore a mask correctly the whole time, she was helpful, fully answered every question we had, did everything in a timely fashion, gave us enough time on our own in between trying each recommended option. I do not say this lightly but it was the perfect experience and would definitely go back to Elisha in particular! we left very satisfied with our purchases.

We were greeted by a friendly face and directed to the area we needed. Chloe was very helpful showing us the options in our price range and then after choosing the mattress we required, Dale placed our order. He was very friendly and professional and we left feeling a very valued customer.

The assistant, Tommy, was friendly and approachable. He took time to understand our needs, asked questions in relation to the product and who it was for, so he could offer specialist advise to help us make our decision. He showed us all the options and was respectful of our budget. An excellent experience, we will definitely come back to Dreams.

We were greeted by Jim who enquired as to what we were looking for. We explained and were shown items that we had seen on line but wanted to see them in the shop. Jim explained the workings of the sofa bed we were interested in and the discount to be applied. The double beds were shown and we were encouraged to sit and lie before deciding. All our needs were met and we were offered coffee or other beverage whilst choosing. We had the extra cover explained and the cost of putting the sofa bed together along with removal of packaging. We were treated like royalty by Jim and the whole experience was amazing. We will not entertain going elsewhere in future as the service we had was brilliant.
