I was highly satisfied because when I walked into the store I was greeted with smile then after talking to the attendant I was taken around in the store to find the bed I was looking for, I was then led to the desk to complete my order where I was offered tea, my overall experience I can not fault it in anyway good service good customer relationship 10 out of 10.

The assistant was very knowledgable about the beds and mattress we wanted to buy. She was very friendly but she also did not try and push us into purchasing an item. She gave us her advice left us to look around then came back to help us. Very good.

We were impressed with the speedy assistance and help we received from your colleague and as we wanted the item quickly we were delighted to be advised the item could be delivered within the next few days which is great for us.
