Jalal; who supported us was amazing. from start to finish he was fantastic.

I was going to order a bed online but saw that the delivery time was 10-12 weeks. I went to the store and Jalal was extremely helpful. He helped me choose a better mattress than what i was going to get and also helped me pick one that could be delivered in 3 days.

I was really impressed with Roshan. I had no idea about mattresses and he was very patient, informative and knowledgeable about which would be suitable for me and my son- we purchased 2 beds. He answered all our questions and gave a few options on various mattresses and bed frames. He was polite and very helpful, an absolute asset to Dreams. We walked away very satisfied with the product and service.

Jalal was not patronising when explaining or when asked questions.  He answered with politeness and patience. A credit to your organisation. In fact all staff encountered on our visit made us felt valued and welcome. A very pleasant experience.

Staff very friendly and took time to explain different products. He is very patient with us. These of the machine able to assess the type of mattress was I thought very helpful and innovative in choosing the right matress for us.
