The assistant Ash ( he may have been the manager) took some time helping me since I have a mobility disability and it was important to purchase a bed that would suit my special needs. He took time to measure the height of the beds and was knowledgeable about the quality and features of the beds on offer. I was very impressed. His manner was kind and helpful and he was careful explaing the paperwork a d delivery arrangements. During my visit a group of disruptive teenagers came to the store but Ash calmly ensured that they left. I can honestly say that I was treated with respect and expert attention and feel confident that I havd made a worthwhile purchase. Well Done. Laura Berryman

The customer service was excellent. I was seen to quickly and the service was good and the lady tessa was very helpfull.

Dreams made my shopping trip for the right bed incredibly easy today because they are extremely helpful and so friendly making the whole experience comfortable explaining everything so perfectly with a smile I'm so happy with my choice I can't wait to go to my new bed and dream Thank you Tessa from harringay for being so lovely to us today

He answered all my questions. He was very helpful make the right to choice of bed.

The assistant knew the answers to all the questions i asked, i did not feel any pressure to hurry buying anything, i was given coffee and treated with respect.

The sales assistant went above and beyond to deal with our needs and had a high level of customer care

The assistant Sharon welcomed us as soon as we entered the store, and offered assistance. She listened to our needs, and showed us items accordingly, offering alternatives to be tried out. She was very friendly and also knowledgeable. We were not in the store too long, as she understood what we wanted and delivered. I had not been to Dreams before, only John Lewis, but I would use again in the future based on this experience.

Tessa had superb product knowledge and a calm, confident manner. She understood my needs and budget and was very helpful :)
