Dreams - Haringey

The store I visited was Haringey, the Customer Service Advisor that assisted me is named Sharon, who demonstrated excellent knowledge of the product I was purchasing and explained in great detail so that I could understand. Sharon demonstrated professionalism and has first class customer service skills. I have a medical condition and Sharon was patient with me and took this into consideration to provide with the information needed to purchase my bed and mattress. I am very impressed with the level of Customer service that Sharon provided. and I will be visiting the store again. In addition, I will recommend Sharon to my family and friends. Sharon offered me a cup of tea and it was exactly the way I like it. I was very impressed.

The assistant understood the items that he was selling, plus he left us alone to decide what we wanted and never followed us around, but was there when we were ready to buy, and explained the items to us in great detail.

The beds were laid out in an orderly way so I could try them systematically. The assistants didn't rush me to make a decision and let me try the beds multiple times, so I didn't feel I was being an inconvienience. The bed itself was exactly what I was looking for and much better than the beds in Ikea. I think it's wonderful you still make some traditional-style harder mattresses without horrible foam. The assistant who helped me, Sharon, was extremely nice and we had a lovely chat that made me feel a lot less anxious about buying the bed - she treated me as an individual, not just a customer. Another assistant helped me get a more suitable pillow to try with the mattress> They went out of their way and did more than the minimum to help.

Good customer service and great products good overall service. delivery people were lovely and easy to deal with which is a pleasant surprise as other companies don't always have that

Excellent range of products and ability to make an informed decision. Helpful and friendly staff. Free delivery and removal of old mattress.

Friendly customer service was provided, and great deals on the mattresses. Plus, Dreams is very flexible and understanding with out situation (we haven't moved yet and want to have the mattress delivered to the new place).
