I was served by Sharon who provided exemplary service. Her combination of assertiveness at my indecision, her comprehensive product knowledge and her collaborating with her colleagues around availability of stock to made me feel at ease and comfortable that I was purchasing the right product. She quickly built a rapport and actively listened to my needs to enable her to offer me the relevant product. Thanks Sharon!!!

The sales assistant, Julien, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He identified the right type of mattress for us within seconds. I honestly didn't intend to buy a new mattress on this visit, it was simply a research trip. Julien is responsible for changing my mind completely.

I had a specific bed and mattress in mind and although it was an online only offer i was able to try a similar mattress to help decide if i was making the right choice. I found staff very helpful and knowledgeable and they helped my confirm the mattress i wanted.

I was really undecisive and on two occasions the men took their time to allow me to try the products and explained what was what etc, Very attentive

Sharon, was simply amazing! Listened to our needs to find out what exactly we are looking for and then guided us to the corresponding products. She then also gave us room to discuss and decide without pushing, but was still around for questions.
