I bought a bed here approx. 8 years ago. The service then was great so I returned to buy a new mattress despite other stores being closer. My first visit was on 24th May. I looked around and Jalal approached me eventually to ask if he could help. I said I would let him know. I called on Jalal later after I had looked at several mattresses. He was very helpful and I said I would return with my wife. Jalal advised me to return by the 27th, to take advantage of Bank Holiday deals. We returned on the 26th. Jalal and another colleague were very helpful in setting us up on the equipment used to assess the most suitable mattresses for us. Jalal was very patient in taking us through all of the recommended mattresses, allowing us time to test them and discussing prices according to our budget. He also gave us lots of general advice, offered us refreshments and really looked after us in helping us to make a decision, not only for the mattress but also suitable pillows He also checked if we would need a base. we didn't because the one we bought 8 years ago is still good. I told Jalal, quite late, that I am a friend of a former manager, Leon Reid, but I think the service would be the same.

Consulting & recommendations of colleague very good! But waiting time to get a computer to order everything was too long. Other customers might have left... there should be more working stations!

I had seen my bed online. But wanted in store advice. I was guided very professionally. I had shopped around but Dreams gave me the support I needed to make my decision to purchase from there. Very helpful staff especially Ash who dealth with my purchase.

I was served brilliantly by Jalal, who found everything I needed and gave me excellent advice. Most of the things I bought were in the sale, giving me significant discounts. Jalal took a great deal of time to give me the best service, including a cup of tea. He was charming and informed. I will definitely recommend this store and I will definitely come back. I was there in the first place because my partner bought the most comfortable bed I have ever had, so I was already a satisfied customer.

Upon arrival into the store we started off sitting on some of the beds. It wasn’t long before a staff member called Julian asked us if he could be of help. We were very impressed with the body mapping service and after only 10 minutes in the store we had a print out of beds recommended to our bodies and sleeping style. Amazing! Julian proceeded to show us them all and I really appreciated how afterwards he gave us the space to try our favourites again. Although somehow he was always on hand to supply extra information and give us different pillows to try. Once we had chosen the mattress Julian was ready to process the order with us which turned out to be a very simple and smooth process. Julian was brilliant and we were very impressed with his genuine and gentle approach to visitor service.
