Dreams - Haringey

Julien at Haringey store assisted us with choosing the mattress by trying different ones and gave good advice to be fair. He also assisted in giving advice on duvets and pillows. This mans advice got me to spend £170 on 2 pillows! Which I am sure will be money well spent for long term. Thanks Julien, please pass our thanks onto him.

I accompanied my daughter who was interested in buying the Osterley mattress. I was impressed with the sleep test and participated. The atmosphere at Dreams was calm and I did not feel under pressure by the staff in the shop, but when I had a question the information was readily available and exactly what was relevant. By the end of our visit to dreams I made two purchases one for myself and daughter.

I regularly visit the dreams (Haringey) branch, and I am always greeted with a pleasant smile from all staff. They are always readily available to offer assistance and are very helpful. Nothing is ever too much and all staff have a really positive attitude. I usually accompanied by my two young children and all the staff are tentative their needs offering colouring pencils are paper whilst i shop. I bought my kids erin bunkbed from dreams and I recently bought my Osterley Mattress. I don't think i'll ever go elsewhere to purchase a bed or a mattress.

Store assistance was very helpful and friendly, made shopping at Dreams a relaxing experience.

Thank you so much you were great and I’ve got a memory like a sieve so apologies I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me! It’s a huge purchase (my largest) and I was very pleased with the service and saleswoman who was very consultative. Can’t wait to have my bed and frame delivered.

Our sales assistant was Sharon, she was lovely and listened to what we were looking for without being pushy towards a certain product. She made us a cup of tea which was delightful and I couldn't praise her enough.. we even ended up spending about 600£ more than we were planning so she did a good job
