I went to the dreams store in Bristol, where the staff were very helpful. I later visited the Haringey store in London on two occasions. I was assisted by Julian who talked me through the suitable beds. The bed I wanted was not available in store on the first visit, but when I returned a week later the bed was there and Julian remembered me and was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service.
