I just walked into the store and the salesman served me right away

I bought my last mattress from Dreams over 10 years ago and they were greet then, so I came back. They were great again - the Salesman was brilliant, helpful without being pushy, good sense of humour, offered me a glass of ice water, which was very kind considering the temps. All in all a very easy and satisfactory visit and purchase. Thank you

The assistant Ash made gave me the opportunity to try out the products. He had a wide knowledge of all the products available and the best one which would suit my mother's needs. I got everything I needed including extra pillows, duvet and waterproof cover and I was able to take those home the same day. The other staff were very friendly and took time to say hello and if I needed anything.

Jalal was patient and helpful in dealing with my queries regarding the items I was about to purchase. He was also knowledgeable and was able to recommend the mattress suitable for me with the help of the instore mattress simulator.
