All the members of staff I met were relaxed, friendly, keen to listen and knowledgeable. There was no sense of any pressure and all were keen to help me find the appropriate product. And ... they make a very nice cup of coffee!

The workers there were very helpful and understood all my questions and they were very nice people I really loved being there

The workers great it just that the order is to far away for me to have a good night sleep come on 6days before my birthday from when i ordered it plus trying to found out why its taking sooo long is a joke im basically waiting a whole month. Dreams sort yourself out you cant be letting people waiting for a bed they payed for you cant deliver the bed earlier you will keep losing customers cause you want to take yourrrrr sweet time trust if this ever happens again ill will not buy anything from here so fit up and shut up

The assistant who was helping us, Eugene, was incredibly helpful and made the whole purchasing experience very easy, and also fun! He clearly had an in depth knowledge of the products he showed us. He listened carefully to what we needed and showed us a really good range of products, including some types of mattresses that we had thought we didn't want to consider, but that actually turned out to be strong contenders. We took a long time to decide and he was very patient, answering all our questions and really helping us decide what for right for us. We first visited the Edmonton Store but weren't ready to buy on our first visit, so when we returned to do so, we made sure to come to the store that he had moved to in Haringey, so that he could assist us. We were happy with the range of mattresses available at Dreams and felt like we found a few different ones that we would have been happy with, which we thought would be difficult because we had quite specific needs.

Because I was treated very fairly and talked to in a respectable manner even though the store clerk was a young man he sees to it that I was very satisfied he explained everything to me in a knowledgeable manner so I'm very happy

Hi! I have a spinal cord injury and mental health issues and Julien (I think it was his name) was really accomodating and patient with my disability. I had a really good experience and will definitely recommend.
