Julien was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sandra? I cant quite remember her name was also very friedly. It was just the two of them in store that day and when i walked in it was fairly quiet but tings picked up soon afterwards. I liked how well they both worked together to see to every customer. Initially it was Sandra who was serving me then she asked Julien to take over. He asked me my needs and walked me through the different mattresses. I told him i’d just had the Wilson bed delievered and unfortunately regretted that a mattress was not purchased at the same time. I had already spoent so much online and due to a pending holiday would like to know what payment options were available. He did not keep me long and was quick and efficient in quoting me a price, overall we left satisfied.

The member of staff was extremely polite, helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the product. Also I was not expecting that the goods will be delivered so promptly. Thank you to Dreams team.

The store was calm, the staff were always available, they were more than helpful and greeted immediately upon entering the store. Very polite and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible with a young child in tow

Courtesy accommodating sales person especially as my girls were running around road testing all the beds. She was patient and knowledgeable

We were assisted by Ash from the Green Lanes store in North London and he thoroughly took me through the various stages of the assessment process for choosing a suitable mattress for my physicality and budget. He was friendly to us and made my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable with free coffee.
