The staff were excellent and really helpful. There was a great selection and they made our kids feel welcome too

My initial visit was a few weeks ago, where I simply came to views ottoman beds and see if the beds I wanted were in store. Jalaal was no pushy, he showed me what they had in store, explained to me individual beds and gave me all the information I needed should I go ahead. He was very polite and put me under know pressure to buy on the spot. This is why I came back as I saw he valued the customer more than the sale. Yesterday, was very busy and Jalaal done his best to attend to me and frequently checked in to apologise for the slightly longer than usual weight - which given how busy the store was, it was completely understandable. He kindly got his colleague a black lady to help assist and she was just as good as Jalaal. Despite finishing her shift, she was so accommodating to give up her time to help her colleague and me thr customer out. I commend both of them for the honest, helpful and genuine customer service, which certainly deserves recognition. From what I saw in the time I was waiting they deal with all customers with genuine care to help customers find exactly what they're looking for and be happy with their choices.

Jalal was polite and friendly. He used the special sleep machine. Offered me refreshments. Was not pushy but helpful and informative and listened to what I wanted.

Jalal had served me, he was very welcoming and understood my needs clearly. I have now bought a bed and a mattress from Dreams.

From the moment we entered the store I felt we were treated like royalty. We only visited to get some ideas for a new bed that we were considering. What we received was personal service of the highest order. Julien was extrememly helpful. Helpful without being pushy that is - which we appreciated! Julien hit the right note in getting us to sample the main options without the process becoming overwhelming. We felt his guidance was tailor made especially for us.

From the point of entrance to the end with the payment, we were the centre of attention. Jalal was friendly, very knowledgeable and always available. Any upsell he made didn’t feel forceful or intentional. Also super happy with the payment method and the delivery time quoted.
