Friendly staff all the questions was answered when we asked about the product

My salesperson politely approached me as soon as I walked into the shop. Offered me the bed test to find my perfect bed, explained Covid 19 rules around bed testing, for the shop and for delivery in my home. Offered me refreshment. Assisted me in finding my perfect bed and accessories. Once I had found my perfect bed assisted me with payment solutions, purchasing and delivery of my purchase. The salesperson was polite, friendly and very accommodating throughout the whole experience. One of the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.

Ash at the HARINGEY store gave us time and options, not too close but available when we needed advice and the store was quite busy. He was incredibly professional but also friendly and not pushy on any items.
