Julian greeted me as I entered the store and it was a wonderful experience from that moment onwards. The store was immaculate and the staff friendly. Julian was very patient and listened to what I had to say, he was then very efficient and accommodating in helping me find the best frame and mattress for my needs all with the most genuine and professional attitude. At all times I felt like social distancing was adhered to and I felt incredibly safe.

I was serve by a Sales Advisor name Ash. He took his time and showed us different range of Mattress of which I asked for, as I wanted 2000 pocket spring mattress as my Son hurt his back and needed a firm mattress. So he showed us a range of 5 mattress. Then I asked him about sleep match and explained to what it actually does. The mattress we choose was on the sleep match. But Ash up sales us to a better mattress with Natural materials as my son is asthmatic. I paid more by going over budget. But as a bed mattress & Bedframe is good quality I made the purchase. So am awaiting for my delivery on the 28.07.21. Thank you Janisha Pem

Only a few very firm mattresses

Whole process was very easy, from walking into the store at Haringey to looking around and placing an order staff were very helpful. Store was very well laid out with hand gels at door and in store.

The last time I bought a new bed from dreams, I listened to the seller & felt pressurised, so I purchased a memory foam as he assured me it was the best for back problems, I now totally disagree, so have gone back to silent night medium firm which I had before & it was great, I wasn't pressurised to buy anything else my choice counted & he explained there was a time limit for exchange if I wasn't happy, so thank you but could I please ask for afternoon delivery as I don't understand text sent to me & thank you for the free bottle of water.
