Limited delivery dates, not a lot of available days, next available date was 2 weeks for delivery

Team was very friendly and helpful. They have recommend me to come back later that week to get better deal on the bed frame that I was maybe interested in buying.

The delivery is supposed to include removal of packaging. The men were rude, annoyed and refused. When I called to complain, the 'manager', Ash, he said he would check it out and get back to me the next day. That was a month ago. He didn't care and he proved it.

The sales man Adam. was good he New what I needed.I was happy with the mattres he recommended .

The assistant was very helpful and the price for the items were reduced.

Incorrect labelling on firmness of mattress

It was the precise product I was looking for and was not hard to find in the store.

While the sales colleague was attentive and offered lots of information, there was still a lot of patter and sales jargon

The sales assistant Sharon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She listened to my requirements and was able to show me products in line with what i wanted.

When I returned one of the pillows I bought for my wife, the Assistant managed to discourage me with excuses that it might have been used/ had a different smell--anyway cannot allow me to exchange it for a higher grade of pillow. I brought the pillow back when the Manager, Stuart was in store and he graciously allowed me to upgrade the pillow. Thanks
