the availability of the product. the bed frame didn't come in different shades. I think the store itself can be updated. But overall the staff were great help.

Hi I was very happy I did not feel pressured . But was welcomed into the store I was given time to talk with my Parkenr . If I had got the mattress delivered the next day I would have said highly satisfied . It's hard to give top marks but the way I mark things I guess you can say I was highly satisfied with the overall exsperance .

While the assistant was friendly, polite and patient, as well as helpful. I would have been highly satisfied if I could see one of the ottaman beds in action i.e. electric operation. This was not possible due to not being charged. My first choice of bed was not available within my time frame. I also think Dreams should collect recycled beds. Why don't Dreams fit beds for customers who spend over a certain amount.

One of the assistants was a little off-hand and seemed too busy to give me his full attention. I did however receive very satisfactory service from his colleague.

The sales assistant, Noor (Tottenham Hale) was highly attentive and helpful. When asking if there was to be any negotiating on the price if we bought that day he told us he would ask the manager to speak to us when she was off the phone. We waited about 20 minutes then realised she was dealing with someone else. She also berated Noor in front of us when he seemed to be the one doing all the work.

The credit confirmation took about half an hour or more. The lady assisting me was good but her colleagues were giving her conflicting advice. E.g. claiming I needed a proofs I did not need to be accepted
