the lady was very helpful

I got to the store at 10:55am and waited for the store to open at 11:00. When 11:00 came the man inside sitting at the desk did not come and open the door but stayed at the desk playing on what looked like his phone, he looked up at us a few times so we waited a few minutes and then knocked on the window only then did he come over say the door was already open. The sign on the door says the shop opens at 11:00am so I’m unsure how I was supposed to know that the door was open before this time. The Lady, Tessa, that helped me once I was inside the store made it a 9, she was very informative and helpful. I have a back condition and she was very helpful in finding the right bed for me.

I found Tessa to be very helpful and she did everything possible to help me find my perfect mattress. Unfortunately the mattress I wanted is out of stock so will make do with the purchase made and should this mattress not be suitable I was given the option to return the mattress. Fingers crossed!

I was looking for a single bed and none were on display.

There was nothing special in the store or from customer services that would make my experience highly satisfied

We were really pleased with Sharon who helped us! We are just disappointed as mattress that has arrived is much harder than what we tried in store.

I was offered a cup of tea, the service was very good, but the delivery men could have been nicer.

There could have been more options for the product we were looking for. One of the items we found online wasn't available in store

Overall order was £1000 . Slightly too much we wanted to spend

I find the prices quite steep and i didnt get thrown any goodies like memory foam pillows or protective sheets lam a good customer from dreams and i bought a bed and matteress last time but should of got looked after properly being a big company like yours its the least i excepted.
