The overall price was quite high just with adding a double mattress with my bed frame. £100 more expensive then my bed frame. I wanted a sofa bed as well but that would have been too expensive.

Tessa the assistant in your haringey branch, was very friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my family. She was understanding and gave me what I wanted because I suffered from back pain.

Spending over £1,000 in a mattress, insurance, cover of the mattress and two pillows, and still have to pay £35 to collect your old mattress, and £10 for delivery. That is ridiculous. We went to the shop ready to collect the mattress on the day, and we have to pay because they don't have it in stock. Not too fair on client.
