The Warranty and guarantee on the mattresses only lasts a year?? when did that change?? my previous mattress had a 10 year guarantee on it?? so that i wasn't very happy about especially the amount of money one pays for these things?? this is my only one gripe to be honest other than that had a good shopping experience

Would have liked to be told about interest free credit but it was never mentioned. Out of sight out of mind

1) you do not give the option to order a special size matrass i.e. 1m x 2m single. my husband is very tall and needs a long bed. 2) the advisor said for a fact that ikea does stock this size. but i know from experience that they dont. 3) i came to dreams because the advertised sales. but im not 100% sure the matrass i bought actually cost the advised price when not on sale. it certainly isn't WORTH the indicated full price. as it is i feel i've overpaid for what it is.

The lady who helped us was friendly and helpful. She gave us good Recommendations and seemed honest

I was in your shop few times and every time no help was offered, nobody was interested in customer, somebody was hiding with sandwich behind the beds, two other women behind desk talking and not helping or offering help to the customers. The best person last time was ASH - he was SUPER, his knowledge and assistance was incredible, because of his help I bought mattress and bed - ASH was extremely helpful - thank you for this. Without him your shop is very unfriendly and unhelpful.
